About Me
Hi, I’m Jonas. I’ve been training in calisthenics for about four years now. When I started, I could barely do seven push-ups and just three pull-ups. But during the COVID lockdown, I turned to bodyweight training—and slowly but surely, I saw major changes in both my strength and physique.
What draws me to calisthenics isn’t just the cool skills or flashy moves—it’s the mental clarity and sense of progress it brings. For me, it’s about pushing limits and discovering what my body is capable of.
