Welcome to
THE WORLD OF CALISTHENICS

Starting Out
We all have to begin somewhere on our fitness journey. If you've landed on my website and find yourself unable to tackle pull-ups or push-ups, don't worry—everyone starts at different levels. In fact, I've got a range of exercises specifically designed for beginners. Whether you're taking your first steps into the world of calisthenics or aiming to build your strength gradually, there's something for everyone here. Let's progress together!
Building Fitness
If you're just embarking on your fitness journey, consider incorporating push-ups and pull-ups into your routine most days of the week during your free time.
Additionally, engaging in regular running not only facilitates weight loss but also enhances the ease of performing bodyweight exercises. While running is often perceived as tedious and painful by many, approaching it with the right mindset can transform it into an increasingly enjoyable activity.

My Beginning
We all have a starting point. This was mine.

This is what my pushups looked like towards the beginning of my calisthenics journey. I could do 15 straight push-ups.
Doing Your First
Start with knee push-ups if full push-ups feel daunting, focusing on form over reps to build strength safely. If these are still challenging, try bench dips, ensuring proper form to avoid shoulder strain. Gradual progression leads to improved strength and push-up proficiency.
First Pushups
First Pullups

This is what my pull-ups looked like at the start. I could do around 7-12 pull-ups with improper form.

Doing Your First
If pull-ups feel challenging, try using resistance bands for support, reducing the weight you lift and making the exercise more manageable. Alternatively, explore back rows, starting at a higher position if closer-to-ground rows are difficult. Gradually lower the angle as you build strength. With consistent effort, you'll progress toward mastering pull-ups.
